CFB Fantasy Draft is a free game with no entry fee and no cash prize — a quick review alongside your standard site Terms of Service is still recommended.

1. What this is. CFB Fantasy Draft (the "Game") is a free season-long fantasy football game provided by DFS Kitchen ("Sponsor") and open to everyone. One (1) entry is available at no charge to each account holder during the entry period — no purchase or subscription is necessary. There is no entry fee, no wagering, and no cash or material prize of monetary value.

2. Eligibility. Open to natural persons 18 years or older. One account and one entry per person; employees of Sponsor may play but are ineligible for champion recognition. Sponsor may verify accounts and remove duplicate or automated entries.

3. How the Game works. Entrants are assigned to 12-team pods in order of entry. Each pod conducts an 18-round snake draft from a player pool consisting of Power 4 conference programs and Notre Dame. Weeks 1–11 are head-to-head within each pod under the published scoring rules. Pod champions and wildcard qualifiers (highest remaining points-for, field rounded to a power of two) advance to a cross-pod championship decided by cumulative fantasy points in Weeks 12–13. Outcomes are determined predominantly by entrant skill in drafting and roster management.

4. Recognition. The season winner receives the CFB Fantasy Draft champion title, permanent recognition on the site and in Sponsor's community channels, and the eternal right to remind everyone about it. No cash, credit, or material prize is awarded in connection with the Game.

5. Ties, disputes & conduct. Head-to-head ties are broken by total bench points, then season points-for. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant for collusion, multi-accounting, or exploitation of scoring errors. Sponsor's determination of scoring, using its designated official data provider, is final.

6. General. By playing, entrants accept these rules and Sponsor's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Sponsor may cancel or modify the Game for integrity or force-majeure reasons with notice. This Game is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NCAA, any conference, or any member institution.
